OUR MISSION STATEMENT

TSI is an Indiana-based firm offering residential services to developmentally disabled individuals who are seeking training in preparation for personal independence. Working in partnership with the state, staff and families, we provide a safe, healthy learning environment. Our size enables us to be responsive to the changing needs of our customers, proactively promoting and supporting opportunities for even the most challenged individual to exercise his/her rights and preferences in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. Our long-term goal is to continue to provide foundation, enhance services and efficiently use resources to meet the needs of our customers.
